First Aid Training Courses Kent|AED Training Course

F.A.W.A First aid training are based in Kent & provide comprehensive first aid at work training courses delivering effective and professional tuition in the workplace throughout the UK.

Based near Dover in Kent, First Aid at Work (Training) Associates have a team of over 25 First Aid Trainers/Assessors working throughout the UK.

Due to their wide variety of skills we are able to offer courses other than First Aid.

4 hour Certificated Course

The Department of Health has developed a specification for training in basic life support and the use of the automated external defibrillator.

First Aid at Work (Training) Associates are pleased to provide AED training in line with this specification. This is a competency-based course in which trainees’ skills are assessed after training.

The training course lasts approximately four hours for qualified First Aiders, although a CPR refresher is advised if delegates have not been assessed within the previous six months.

Upon successful completion of the course delegates will receive an attendance certificate.

It is recommended that delegates are reassessed (at approximately six monthly intervals) to ensure that their skill levels are maintained.
