4 hour Course

This course provides delegates with a basic understanding of the following:

Food contamination & preventing food poisoning
Temperature control & food storage
Cleaning & disinfection
Pest control
Personal hygiene
Legislation

On completion of the course delegates will receive a Food Hygiene Awareness Certificate. It is recommended that this training is carried out every three years.
