4 hour Certificated Course

This course provides delegates with a general understanding of the importance of diet, including the following:

Nutritional Content of food
Recognition and understanding of eating disorders
Paediatric Diets - problems faced and ways to encourage children to enjoy eating

On completion of the course delegates will receive a Nutrition Awareness Certificate. It is recommended that this training is carried out every three years.
